For 22 years, Sydney Morning Herald sports journalist Rupert Guinness has covered the legendary Tour de France cycling race. There’s nothing Guinness doesn’t know about the gruelling event, and now he’s released What A Ride, a fantastic new book focusing on the elite group of Australian athletes who have competed in the great race.
All the big names are there, from Phil Anderson, who became the first Aussie to claim the coveted yellow leader’s jersey in the 1980s, to current hero Cadel Evans, who’s come closest to winning Le Tour for the green and gold.

Thanks to our team-mates at Allen & Unwin, we have FIVE copies of What A Ride (RRP$35.00 each) to give away. Simply answer the question below, add your name, postal address, and click ‘send’.
