CONSIDERING that most of the stuff that comes across our desks is relatively formulaic, we like to give all DVD releases that take a chance or break from the norm a good, old fashioned go.

With its classic videogame look (a bit like Mortal Kombat) Race 2 Race plays up just about every silly racial stereotype, going head-to-head for supreme sexual mastery. There’s an Apache Indian, German dominatrix, Samurai, Barbarian, Swede in fur boots…just pick the cliché!

With almost 20 participants, we were expecting more variation; there isn’t any way to choose who does whom, more of a guide lumping groups together. Nonetheless, the sex is entertaining enough, as is the country-specific garb. Hopefully, there will be a bit more choice if this one ever gets a sequel.
