“It’s nice to know that I am appreciated-the human body is a beautiful thing.”

And what a beautiful body the refreshingly frank Kyla has.

“I do my best to keep in shape-all the usual things-and a little extra.”

Such as?

“You know the best exercise is the kind you get between the sheets,” she giggles. “And I try to have a thorough work-out at least three times a week.”

Repetition, no doubt, plays a vital role in your work-out?

“Of course. In and out, in and out. I really like to work up a sweat. Of course, my man likes to rest between ‘sets’. But I like going all night long.”
