Aussie superspunk Katana, 27, plans to be rich and happy or happy and rich. Considering she’s already a successful model and business owner, it’s not hard to imagine her reaching those goals. We did some digging and got to know the half-Spanish, half-Korean Queenslander a little better…

Tell us something about this business of yours, Katana.

“I own and run a small stripping company called Sin City Strippers.”

Nice! How did you get into exotic dancing?

“I left home when I was very young. I started waitressing in a strip club and saw beautiful girls bearing their gorgeous bodies, making ridiculous amounts of money, so I decided to try it for myself.”

What’s something a man should always remember?

“To wear aftershave and brush his teeth. There’s nothing worse than bad body odour and bad breath.”

Thanks for the tip. Biggest risk you’ve ever taken?

“Last year, I decided to go to uni. I honestly didn’t believe in my ability to think comprehensively enough to study again. Taking the university’s IQ test was one of the scariest days I’ve had.”

What subject could you talk about all night?

“Prince! All of his older music, though, I’m not so keen on the new. I think he’s largely to blame for my abundant sexuality. I grew up listening to him singing lyrics like Erotic City come alive/We could fuck until the dawn and Let’s pretend we’re married and go all night, tonight. He made my life a colossal mix of wet dreams and lust!”

Do you have any hobbies?

“I take singing lessons every now and then and I used to be a pro dancer, so I do the odd hip-hop, contemporary and Spanish class. I also do gymnastics, contortionism, boxing, tae kwon do and Bikram yoga. Oh, and I’ve just started learning how to surf.”

Finally, what’s your motto?

“Anything worth having in this life doesn’t come easy.”
