The plot is ripped straight from the US frat-boy comedy handbook, with said landlord’s refusal to relinquish a security deposit the catalyst for a revenge ‘kegger’ of epic proportions. Each cliché is ticked and notarised, our favourite being the horny college dean who gives it to the sexy students, including a more-than-willing Sasha Grey.

Roxy Deville’s finale is unbelievable, as she grinds some lucky bastard’s knob almost clean off, and the whole thing just works. Comic porn at its best.
