You live in LA, but do you still call Australia home?
Yes. I’m very proud of my Aussie roots! I’m really patriotic and I get very upset when people back home consider me an American, just because I now live and work in the USA.

What have you been up to recently?
Returning to Australia for SEXPO! Which was so much fun! And now I’m about to start my ‘Absolute Mayhem’ dancing world tour! I’m very excited, and can’t wait to get back on the road.

When and why did you decide to write an autobiography?
Friends have always told me that I should write a book about my life because I have so many crazy stories to tell. About a year and a half ago, I felt like I needed to do this because I had a lot to get off my chest. It was like therapy for me.

But you’re so young (31)! Why not wait until you’re older?
I think you can write an autobiography at any age. I’ve already done so much with my life that there just seemed to be no need to wait any longer.

When did you realise that you wanted to become a porn star?
I never actually wanted to be a porn star, and I knew nothing about the industry. Growing up, I wanted to be a singer, actress, model and dancer. Once I got the taste for it—after my first hardcore sex scene and big photoshoot—that’s when I knew I was in for the long haul; I loved it!

Do you have a personal favourite film that you’ve starred in?
Dark Angels II by New Sensations, which was a high-budget feature directed by Nick Andrews. I love anything to do with vampires, and I got to play one. I also love kickboxing and fighting, and there’s a lot of that in the flick, too. My sex scene is with Evan Stone, and is probably one of the hottest I’ve ever done. We are both vampires, having wild, rough sex in the dirty basement of an old building in downtown LA.

What has been your worst experience on a porn set?
Once, I was giving a great blowjob when the director started yelling at me to keep my mouth on the cock the whole time. I wasn’t allowed to stroke or lick it, or do anything but bob my head up and down, choking on it. I couldn’t breathe, so I had to stop for air, and the director started flipping out, yelling things like, “She’ll never work for me again!”

That’s intense. Tell us what else you have planned in the near future…
Gosh, so much! I was recently asked if I would like to direct an adult film, so let’s see where that takes me after my tour.
A lot of things seem to be progressing with my band, Sweet Avenge, so hopefully, we’ll go on tour pretty soon, and have an album out in 2010.
